About me
I am a licensed psychologist providing therapy to adolescents and adults. I take a collaborative, client-centered approach, tailoring treatment to each individual’s goals, strengths, and unique needs.
I primarily work with youth navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I also support clients returning from higher levels of care who are working to reorient to daily life and reintegrate into their communities. My work is grounded in a mindfulness-based framework and draws from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Internal Family Systems, to promote meaningful and lasting change.
Diversity, equity, and inclusion are central to my clinical work. I provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed care that honors each client’s identities and lived experiences. My goal is to create a safe, affirming, and accessible therapeutic environment for all individuals.
I see adolescents and adults in person at my Midtown office and offer virtual services to clients in 41 states and Washington, DC.
Experience & Training
I have worked across school settings, inpatient and outpatient hospitals, and community mental health centers, which has given me a comprehensive understanding of the mental health system and the continuum of care. Throughout my career, I have developed specialized expertise in crisis intervention, risk assessment, and providing integrated, coordinated support to individuals and families navigating acute emotional distress.
