Step Down Support
“Healing doesn’t mean the support vanishes; it means the training wheels come off slowly so you can find your own balance.”
Returning to daily life after intensive treatment can bring both relief and uncertainty. A thoughtful step-down approach helps bridge the transition, offering continued support as you reestablish routines, navigate relationships, and put new skills into practice.
I have extensive experience working with individuals across inpatient hospital settings, partial hospitalization programs, schools, and outpatient care. This background informs my understanding of the challenges that can arise when moving from a highly structured treatment environment to greater independence.
Together, we build on the progress you’ve made, identify areas where you need additional support, and develop a plan that fits your everyday life. When appropriate, I collaborate with your treatment team and other supports to promote continuity of care. My goal is to help you feel supported as you reconnect with your community and move forward at a pace that meets your needs.
